According to talkSPORT, the statement — released by Caicedo’s lawyer — confirmed the midfielder’s separation from Manuel Sierra of Football Division Worldwide.
The statement reportedly read:
“Chelsea Football Club star Moises Caicedo has separated from and is no longer represented by his former agent Manuel Sierra of Football Division Worldwide and he is not represented by Ali Barat of Epic.
The contract ended on August 14, 2025, and the player has now appointed people he can trust.”
The post was deleted within hours, but not before screenshots circulated widely among fans and journalists.
Caicedo’s Journey at Chelsea
Caicedo, 23, joined Chelsea in the summer of 2023 on an eight-year contract with an option for an additional year — one of the longest and most expensive deals in Premier League history. Since arriving at Stamford Bridge, he has made 107 appearances and scored six goals for the Blues.
